I’m a feminine bodywork practitioner, ceremonial guide, embodied feminine mentor and women’s retreat facilitator.

Since starting this work I’ve supported hundreds of women in reconnecting with their bodies, their feminine and their womb. In softening and releasing tension, stored trauma and limiting beliefs. And guiding them into opening to deeper trust, pleasure, creativity, and conception in all areas of life.

Everything I offer is an invitation back to your body, inner knowing and a more trusting, embodied way of living.
