For a long time, I could understand my patterns in my mind. I could name the belief, explain the story and still feel the same response living in my body.
Somatic and embodiment work helped me soften places I did not realise were bracing. It helped me release emotion in real time, shift limiting beliefs through the body, connect more deeply to myself and express what had been held back.
It has supported me in moving, feeling, taking up more space and trusting the wisdom of my body. It has brought me back to devotion, sacredness and my own feminine essence. This is why I hold these sessions with so much care and a deep trust of what I know is possible when you drop out of your mind and into your body.
